Returns & Refunds Policy

At TMV Global, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, here is our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging, tags, and with all included accessories. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts (unless due to our error) may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Digital downloads or software products

  • Personal hygiene or care items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or “final sale” items clearly labeled as such

Return Process

  1. Initiate a return by contacting us at support@tmvglobal.net with your order number and reason.

  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. You (customer) are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product). Use a trackable shipping method and insure it where possible.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Partial refunds may apply if the product is not in original condition, or missing parts, etc.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item (same product), contact us at support@tmvglobal.net. If the replacement is in stock, we will send it once the original is returned.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@tmvglobal.net with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank or card account.

  • Second, contact your payment provider — sometimes refunds take time to appear.

  • If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@tmvglobal.net for assistance.

Return Address
Please use the return address provided in your RMA instructions. Do not send returns back to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed.
